As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the inside sales of new customers and management of existing national clients including, but not limited to Event Managers, Producers, Audio Visual and Computer Rental companies. This role will require both a strategic and technical mindset for all projects. You will need to build strong relationships with clients on various levels as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business in order to position our offerings to their needs.

This position will also require the need to present innovative technical solutions to technical and non-technical people. This is a fast paced, competitive industry, so we are looking for a candidate with a “go-getter” type attitude and must be very detail oriented.

As a Technical Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sell and manage a portfolio of technology to clients, both current and new
  • Increase booking of business with current clients while establishing new customers
  • Utilize selling skills primarily over the phone, with some face-to-face
  • Responsible for providing technical solutions for client projects/initiatives
  • Drive issue resolution using standard process/procedures in coordination with supporting resources
  • Will have project management responsibilities for clients
  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels

Job Requirements:

  • Team, Customer and Service focused with the ability to adapt to our company culture
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience or account management
  • Experience in corporate technology rental or IT/computer sales is preferred
  • In-depth understanding of technology including audio visual and computer equipment & services
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage existing and new clientele via a CRM system
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to continually increase sales
  • Bachelors degree required
